My experience with Living Styles was very positive. I ordered a small round table, and although the delivery was slightly delayed, James from customer service kept in touch with me throughout the process until the table arrived. I really value the excellent customer service at Living Styles. The table itself is high-quality and looks great in my apartment—stylish and well-made. I wish I could include a photo with this review! Overall, I’m a very satisfied customer.

You have sent me the wrong item. I have emailed you twice but I have not heard from you yet.

Beautiful chairs. I only wish they had been packaged better as one came with slight damage where cardboard had been wrapped around with sellotape and had ripped off in parts

LivingStyles were prompt and helpful with their customer service, also they provided a fabric swatch sample which helped.

The product is beautifully made, of extremely high quality. The packaging was obviously designed with care and consideration to ensure the product arrives in perfect condition, which our pieces did. The delivery was also within the window provided by the quote.

Great website full of very interesting and unique pieces. Easy to navigate. Fast shipping and items are always well packed for the journey interstate. The Marie Antoinette Chest of Drawers fitted perfectly with the French Antique bed and duchess I had been restoring. One of my workmen, during renovations, was French, and he loved the piece. It was a good price for workmanship.

You did amazing well.
Initially, I didn’t want to communicate from e-mail, I wanted to speak to someone {bcuz I’m from the old school} but as sooner as I sent an email to Andy, he had replied so fast and he was so helpful, very customer service focus and he went above and beyond to make sure everything was done.
I always got a prompt replies.

I have purchased a number of artificial trees. Dealt with Andy, who is very professional - replies promptly and answers any questions. A delight to deal with. Happy with product, price, timely delivery and especially Andy.

There was a fault with the furniture that I received, but I contacted Customer Service & James sorted it out straight away & I was given a full refund. His emails were very friendly & understanding about the issue. He is obviously a valuable asset to the Living Styles Team & his excellent Customer Service is what people want!

James made the whole process of ordering the tables very easy. They were exactly what we wanted, small side tables that were good quality and relatively light weight, so they could be moved around easily. They were for holding drinks and snacks when watching films/TV with friends.
All the other tables we viewed online were bulky and heavy and much more expensive. LivingStyles was the only place we found for the tables we wanted.

I've never known a more unethical business. This business will sell you something in terrible condition, not honour the consumer warranty guaranteed by law and then threaten you with going to the police or legal action if you try to suggest a credit card chargeback. Shipping they'll cut costs and post via Australia Post and good luck getting bulky items in your car. Beware of the Customer Services Manager - corrupt and abusive behaviour towards customer complaints. Suspecting this business will be driven out by more ethical companies like Temple & Webster. Will be reporting to the ACCC. Save your money and your sanity, shop elsewhere. Hot tip: try to lookup reviews on Facebook. They don't exist - the company censors them out.

One of the best online furniture stores in terms of range, price and quality. It also has a user friendly sale process with good communications. What sets it apart and makes it my best store is its customer service which was put to the test a few times and excelled every time. They, James in particular, don't just talk about customer service but simply deliver it reliably, which is something truly important in online sales.

Very limited options for delivering to Canberra. Freedom Furniture stock the exact same item and allow customers (including in Canberra) to choose the delivery date.

Pre sale
All my questions were answered promptly and even though assembly was not offered in my area Andy from Services arranged for that to happen at the time of delivery.
Delivery
Arrived earlier than expected with only 30 minutes notice. Unfortunately due to a misunderstanding about assembling my table - assembly did not happen at delivery and I was unable to get in contact with anyone to understand why? However my feedback and concern was received and people came to assemble my table the next day.
The Table
Is a perfect colour, style and fit for my space. I am delighted with it.
Issues
The only issue is it was missing a 3 screws from the extended section - a manufacturer issue not LivingStyle that I think I can manage.
The company remained helpful even during the assembly misunderstanding and promptly solved the problem.

Reasonable cost. Good quality wood and well made. At first the delivery process worried me, coming from Sydney to Brisbane with a removalist truck and no tracking but the crew were very communicative and flexible with delivery windows and arrived wothin the window. Its a real joy to walk into my room where the bookshelves are and you can smell the new wood unlike the paoerboard so much furniture is made out of these days. Very happy experience will definetely use Living Styles for any future furniture items.

I have made several large purchases from LivingStyles to furnish a new home, and cannot fault the products, delivery or after-sales service and support. I had buyers regret on my colour selection of a beautiful parquetry dining table, which was completely my error. After trying to live with it for a week, I decided I couldn't...and impulsively bought the alternative colour. Almost as an afterthought, and with no expectation of help, I reached out to the team to see whether I might have any options. It was here that I encountered the wonderful James who assisted me to return the unwanted piece, including coordination of the pickup of the original table and dropoff of the new one. This was above and beyond, given that they were under no obligation to accept such a large bulky item back into their inventory. This kind of after-sales service and ability to listen to consumers and find solutions, is often sought, but rarely found once items have been purchased and delivered. I would not hesitate to purchase from this company again, and in fact just purchased the matching dining chairs! Thanks James and LivingStyles!

There was an issue with the carrier losing the original order (Rural NSW), was rectified very promptly with a replacement sent very quickly with no fuss.

I'd highly recommend LivingStyles and hope to purchase from them again.
