I love this website! The best quality bird food, the feeders are high quality and easily customised with specialised accessories. Absolutely fantastic personal customer service, and always get a lovely biscuit & voucher with my orders! The staff are super friendly, and always happy to help, any help or replacement parts for products are always sorted easily.
Great company, loyal customer for life.

Had a squirrel buster seed feeder for a while now, and our clever squirrels have never managed to defeat it. The spring inside the feeder has started to fail, so I was thrilled at a free replacement posted out to me. I am so impressed with the service and so happy to have my bird feeder back in action. We live in the city and have so many comments on all the wonderful small birds we manage to attract to the garden with this brilliant feeder.

This company excels regarding customer relations and service; prices not always competitive but the above dispels any concerns and I have no hesitation in buying from them again.

Received an email offering me a discount on my first order. Which would be nice, except the email was received during the process of placing my first order, so wasn't seen until the order was placed, and can't be used on subsequent orders. Left me feeling a bit scammed and with a bitter taste in my mouth.

Ordered a bird feeder for my Grandma. Really friendly telephone service and the website was easy to navigate. Will definitely be ordering from these guys again.

Order a bird feeder on the 13thMay with a 7 day delivery timescale. Email from living with birds saying that I should receive my package on the 20th May
On the Hermes app I got a message on the 19th May saying they had my package and will deliver it soon. It also had a message saying this was a 3day delivery service used.
On the 24th I rang Living with birds asking where was my package. The lady said it was sent out from them to Hermes on the 19th (remember that Hermes said it was booked on a 3day delivery service)
Finally got my package on the 25th May. Poor delivery service from both Living with birds and Hermes

Good website, wide choice of products that look good quality. Kept informed of delivery schedule. Very pleased.

Great customer service. Replaced some broken pieces from my birdfeeder that had failed after several years use. Jennifer did this quickly, efficiently, free of charge and without fuss. Great company, would highly recommend.

I highly recommend living with birds.com. They have the best customer service anywhere and the staff are so friendly and helpful on the telephone. If you order on line they send a confirmation email and if you have made an error in your order you can immediately respond to the email to put things right. So many firms say not to respond to their email as it is not monitored, which then involves a time consuming phone call.
