I paid $500 to join and can't get my money back

I paid $500 to join. A WhatsApp chat group was set up to support me - I thought. Not long afterwards a mortgage broker assisted me to go through my situation. The indirect feedback was that there's nothing I can currently do to invest. I get that. However when I was told I could have an expert review my SMSF, and nothing came of it despite being promised an appointment would be set up, I decided to ask for my money back. About 4 different people have told me it'll happen. Now 10 business days have well and truly passed, no money has hit my account. I've followed up multiple times and been continuously fobbed off. These guys are dodgy, I'm so disappointed. Don't be sucked in by their pitch about supporting women to buy property.
