Irresponsible business!

I placed an order in November 2024, and as of today, January 21st, 2025, I still have not received it. Part of my order were Christmas decorations and I was promised to receive them before the holidays! I have called over 20 times to follow up, and each time, I was promised that the order would arrive that week. This has become an ongoing joke at this point. This will be my first and last experience shopping with Livom.ca. I will not be returning as a customer.

Zero communication , no products…

I ordered online and they took the payment immediately but they never sent anything. No communication, no answers to my numerous emails, they just stole my money and disappeared.They belong to group Marie Claire and are FRAUD AND THIEVES.
Update: after 2 weeks, finally an answer: the product was not available which is why they didn’t send it and didn’t cancel the order, although it is still on the website!? They did reimburse me so I added a star, but will never buy from them again or any of their partner companies.

Terrible product and customer support

Bought a light fixture from Livom recently. The bulb that showed up with the light was not as described. I contacted support and they told me to go buy another at the hardware store. I ended up buying one on Amazon for $18.99+tax and they refused to refund the difference. I've also found that since we wired up the light the shade keeps falling off. It's come down about 3 times already, we don't know how to get it to stay up. Contacted the company and they couldn't care less. For a company that says they value "eco-conscious, durable, minimalist and timeless." It's a load of crap.
