Super service and timely delivery
Super service and timely delivery! The team delivered the gift on the right date, with very nice packaging and the balloons looked actually even better in real life vs. Pictures. The lasted for more than 3 weeks! Amazing experience! I also appreciated timely communication on WhatsApp!

if I could give them a zero I would do so! It was a big mistake to order balloons from them for my husband's anniversary. The fact that orders arrive late and not within the time specified by you is one problem. It’s much worse how they came, half inflated and one number was completely out of shape. We wrote to them and they apologized and said that this was the first time this had happened (hard to believe).They tried to blaim everything to the delivery service, but the box was not damaged (we still have photos and videos of their so-called “surprise”). They promised to return the money, but three weeks have already passed and we have not received anything. WhatsApp and email messages are no longer answered. It's a big shame for this company!!! And I really don't recommend it
