My experience with Livspace has been…Beware of Livspace: Poor Communication, Unfulfilled Promises, and Neglect of Customer Concerns

My experience with Livspace has been nothing short of disappointing and frustrating. Despite investing significant time, resources, and trust in their services, I have encountered numerous issues that remain unresolved.

From the very beginning, there have been unnecessary delays in project execution, coupled with a glaring lack of communication. Despite my efforts to reach out and escalate concerns through designated channels, including emails to Mr. Vignesh and Mr. Parthasarathy (Escalation levekls for my project), there has been complete silence and disregard from Livspace's management hierarchy.

The promised discounts during booking were not honored, payment terms were inconsistent, and unexpected charges were levied without explanation. Moreover, a serious security issue during material delivery was ignored, further highlighting Livspace's lack of accountability and reliability.

As a customer, I expect professionalism, responsiveness, and a genuine commitment to addressing concerns. However, Livspace has failed to meet these expectations, leaving me feeling neglected and undervalued.

I urge potential customers to think twice before engaging with Livspace. The lack of communication, transparency, and professionalism make it difficult to trust them with your valuable time and resources.

The experience was extremely…

The experience was extremely disappointing. They trick you with discounts, persuading you to pay Rs. 25000 as token, promising an easy refund in case you do not want to continue, but obtaining that refund turns into a nightmare. Despite more than a month passing, there has been no progress on the refund.

Livspace = Deadspace. ESPECIALLY LIVSPACE CHENNAI. 13 lakhs given and 1 year later nothing has happened on-site.

Livspace = Deadspace. Especially Livspace Chennai. The biggest scamsters. 13 lakhs in their hands. 1 year later….I just have a COT that wasnt even in their job work delivered on-site and they captioned it 'materials delivered on-site'! After 1 year, all I've seen is a cot that must have been someone else's and they delivered to my villa, by mistake. othing has been done, 13 lakhs is stuck with them so my hands are kinda tied. I could have delivered a baby in the span of time Livspace has taken to lift a finger on a project. Please don’t get swayed by their preliminary designs, those are just to get you to transfer money. They have scammed so many and I feel for what now seems like fake reviews of theirs. After you transfer, your money is in their hands and they will exploit the situation to the hilt, delays after delays…a quote of 3 lakhs for a glass enclosure jumped to 21 lakhs in 2 month, and dont beluev ebery quote you see, take a physical copy and keep it for reference cos when there was a massive jump, they couldnt find the previous quote with the 3 lakhs quote. They found it only after I was relentless. On escalation, they will rotate their design personnel and masquerade them as senior management. Especially Livspace Alwarpet, Chennai. Their best work has been to protect their ops head and branch head from all client issues. In that they provide 100 percent protection. Not 99.6 but 100 percent. A trio of underlords called Manik Arasan, Praful and Anand run that sinking ship, and to get that information of who is running the show, I had to wait 9 months

Expectations broken

Initially they raise your expectations but while in design phase team brokes your expectations with saying technical problems or limitations. It is west of your time and they expect you to loose your booking amount
