This is now the third mortgage Lisa has sorted for me, and at this point I’m starting to think she knows more about my finances than I do.

Lisa’s superpower is that she has absolutely zero time for faff. No sales pitch, no confusing mortgage jargon, no disappearing for a week and then asking for the same document you’ve already sent three times. She just tells you what she needs, gets it done, and somehow makes the whole thing look ridiculously easy.
