I recieved an email from Lisa to say that a Broderie anglaise shirt I had seen on one of the surprise shops, she had been able to get one!!🥳
I phoned and spoke to her such a lovely, lovely lady had a little chat and purchased the shirt, delighted is an understatement. I have been following LJ’s since Covid I love it, have purchased a few things so easy & amazing quality, you are a fantastic team please don’t change x

I was a bit sceptical ordering due to the sizing never bought something that fits a size 12-20. However a relative of mine buys a lot from you and she recommended so I ordered the tan Shelley jacket that was in the sale and I’m so glad I did. The online ordering was quick and easy and I received the item in a few days. The jacket is good quality and fits beautifully so much so I’ve placed another order. Thank you so much.

I purchased items, before and I been really pleased with the condition, they arrived. But this time. It was disappointing. I ordered a cream jacket. Tie detail at the front. When it arrived it was badly creased. It was a very stylish jacket, but it was ever so creased.

Great clothing, always received well packaged and the videos mean you really get to view the item before purchase. Slight hiccup with my delivery going on a random tour of England before coming to Cardiff but LJs were on it and it was a Royal Mail issue and all resolved. Recommend.

I've been shopping with LJs ladies boutique for a couple of years now. Personally speaking they tick all the boxes. Their clothing is exceptional quality, brilliant pricing and their clothing range is size and shape inclusive. Every item of clothing is listed on their website, which is very informative with full description of items including sizing and fabric composition. The only items which aren't listed are any specials, which are shown on a live and are telephone orders only. They have at least 2 lives per day and new clothing is shown on a Sunday and Wednesday evening. Leesa always manages to find something that little bit different, that little bit quirky to what other boutiques have to offer. LJs allow ladies, regardless of shape and size to dress fashionable and on trend, not dull and frumpy. I've never had the need to return an item to LJs, but if i have had the need to contact their customer service with a query, it has been dealt with quickly and efficiently. All staff regardless of their position within the company, whether they are infront of the camera on a live or in the office are very friendly and professional. Nothing is too much trouble for LJs. Shopping at LJs is like shopping with a friend, they are always on hand to help and advise, if it's needed.
