As a relatively new shopper I’m now addicted to LJs. I’ve several of their dresses , trousers and recently bought the faux suede coat. The dresses particularly give me confidence and I’m regularly complimented on them when I wear them. I love watching the lives and feel that their customer service is excellent and genuine. The parcels arrive neatly wrapped with care - a reflection of this excellent business. Xx

The customer service is just exceptional, I have had a couple of issues, one was completely my own mistake and they have sorted them for me, with no questions asked. Lost in a ray of colour and comfort and that’s down to LJ’s Boutique..
being a size 22, I struggled to get clothes that would fit never mind a rainbow of colours.
I first found LJ’s on Facebook one of their fashion inspo lives. Now I watch everyday just to see what’s on trend today.. Sally & Leesa are both amazing.

I’ve been a customer at Ljs’s for quite a few years now and found most of their products to be good value. I’ve liked the fact that when you buy something you get some points in return which you can use to purchase either in part or full another item. However what I was not aware of until now was that if you do use your points and you send that item back you will not get your points returned to you so you waste the value of your points. I have just returned a dress which I found less than satisfactory and promptly lost over £35 in points. As you can only buy online with your points you have to be very sure that the item will be fit for you. Apparently, the fact that this happens is in the T&Cs.. It’s just a shame that this company does this to good paying long-standing customers.
Oh, and they won’t let me mention this on the Facebook site so I can’t alert other customers who may also be unaware of this that they will lose their points if they don’t like their product. Doesn’t seem fair does it?
I’d also like to add that the company owner has just rung me, talked over me and still insisted this is a fair transaction then put the phone down on me. Oh dear!

Where to start, LJ’s has changed my life. I’m going through cancer in my leg and haven’t been well for a long time and I had lost my confidence altogether. Since joining LJ’s as a customer and being on there Facebook VIP page I have completely gone from full and boring colours to bright and beautiful. The staff at LJ’s are second to none. They are lovely and so helpful and boost your confidence a lot. Also the VIP page is full of customers who take time out to listen to you and understand your daily journey and they help a lot by building my confidence and willing me on to get back out and about and not to feel anxious and depressed. LJ’s have pulled me out a dark place and I’m ever so grateful.
