Still waiting for refund for an unavailable item advertised on website
Ordered and paid for a car online 3 weeks ago to find out that the car wasn’t in stock nor were they able to get it. I requested a refund but I still haven’t received my money back. They have also stopped responding by email.
Replying to your comment- no one shouting here only you. I have tried to settle this as amicable as possible . I just want my money back. I paid for the car in good faith. You have not responded to any email sent this past week. Claim is submitted through PayPal and I’m confident I will be refunded through this but I should not have had to go down this route .
Your unprofessional response speaks volumes. Buyers be aware .

why dont you check your emails before you go shouting your mouth off... you were refunded this money you were told to check your bank and every message you sent was answered.....if i could load the pic of your order that was refunded i would but unfortounly i cant.......
if you had of looked at your messages this would have been sorted long ago and your money would have been recevied.i have forwarded the info to paypal showing that we refunded your money......
you are right this is not the route that you should have went down trying to bring down a reputable buisness talking rubbish when all you had to do was ANSWER YOUR MESSAGES..........................................

I Bought a princess unicorn carriage for my daughter for Christmas when I opened it to assemble it there was a big crack in the seat and a piece missing from the wheels when I called to ask for a replacement he said no that I should of opened it straight away if there was a problem not 1 week later I couldn't believe this then he said he could weld it for me but I would have to drive 2 hours up to him and collect it tomorrow which is unbelievable so now I have to give my daughter a broken toy. He then said he has a Mercedes jeep toy for only 350. Absolute greed is an understatement. Definitely do not recommend buying here if anything is wrong you won't get a replacement and Definitely not get your money back avoid at all costs

Just to set the record straight here.... This smart man bought this 8 weeks ago and decided this morning in Xmas week only to open it and check it .. He said 1 week later he opened it... First lie.... The motor that was missing does not exist as it is 6v but he was already told that... lt must have slipped his mind to say that part... The next part I asked for was a pic of the box to see if it was damaged again no picture was forwarded which begs to Wonder what did happen it.... Out of the goodness of the company we offered to repair it for the child at our expense but obviously he would rather spend his time on here blaming other people for his mistake in not checking it on time....
Hope this clears up the rubbish printed above...

Great shop .
Got the H4 LED lights for my motorbike and I'm delighted with them. Extremely happy. The price was very fair and delivery was quick.
