I placed several orders for a product and each time it was cancelled reportedly “per my request” which was totally false. I tried to send emails to customer service with no response. There’s no phone for contact. Very disappointed.
Bought a quilt, horrible quality, not true to size, many flaws, and it’s paper thin. The customer service is just as bad. Not willing to fix the issue.
Picture was originally planed for my study but it turned out so amazing that my wife took it and moved it to our family room. Just incredible. Service was great and packing was top notch. Probably could have run over it with truck and not left a mark.
The product was satisfactory and delivered well packed.
Product appears to be very nice and service was very good except Fed Ex claimed it was delivered and it was not. Filed a complaint and product showed up 2 days later. Thx , LK Nation was great to work with.

Searching for the right product was easy. Placing the order was very straightforward. Product arrived in a timely manner based on expectations. Canvas is well-made and looks great! Only complaint, and it is minor, is shipping email with tracking information was received after product had already been delivered.

Placed my order on November 23rd and it is now December 14th and I still have not received my purchase and the update on delivery is poor and concerned for this is a special Christmas gift.

The pictures are not as advertised and of poor quality and a waste of money. The company does not respond in a timely matter. I suffer from severe buyer's remorse. I have yet to have this matter resolved even though it has been 3 days so far. They claim that no one can be in the office due to covert to receive returns. I find this unbelievable. Unless my situation is resolved I will never do with this company again and I will share my thoughts on social media.
CAVEAT EMPTOR! READ TERMS AND PRIVACY POLICY! I AM REPORTING TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU if this goes any further South! 😡😡😡

I placed an order on 10/09 still have not received it .. when I emailed the company to inquire the status I have gotten no response.
The art I ordered was exactly as described. It was wrapped well and in a strong box. It is beautiful, as expected. The price was excellent and the value is excellent! The company kept me up to date and informed. Very good experience!

After requesting a refund OR an exchange, this company was not able to accommodate that. On top of that they take forever to answer. I was stuck with a smaller picture than expected, the image didn't even fit the entire frame and lastly the edges were completely white. Very disappointed with my experience here.

However, we would like to once again clarify that per our policy, due to the curent global pandemic, our office has been closed and hence we are not able to accept either return or exchange. Full refund would not be suitable as the size problem was not a result of our action but yours.
We have already proposed alternative option as discount for your next order at a more preferrable size and hope you would consider that thoroughly. In addition, we would take your comment on the white edge as a supportive advice for better wall arts in the future. Please get back to us as soon as you could make up your mind. Thank you so much
The print was insanely blurry and no response has come in after they asked me to send them pictures
Edit: they aren't waiting for a response from me. I said I wanted a full refund because this is too ugly to hang up

Very deceiving picture of a canvas on a wall for the price I thought it was going to be bigger to process my order took days so It took longer I'm going to try to return this because this isn't going to do anything for my bathroom
