L & L went beyond good Customer service - I doubt if an other Double Glazing Company anywhere would have met my emergency as quickly and with no charge including new brackets fitted. I had opened my bedroom window up fully which I rarely do to explain that I wanted the same type of window with a similar type of bracket. After the measurements were taken I did not pull the windows shut correctly and bent the existing brackets and it became impossible to close the window - the was a storm coming . I contacted L & L and they sent a team out to save the day straight away and saved me from a flooded House. The 2 windows they fitted were amazing. Pleasant professional helpfully Staff including the Office Staff - Carpets covered and they cleaned up after the had finished well organised and I ended up with exactly what I wanted. If I was to ever purchase any more windows it would be L & L.

I've been meaning to post this review for ages, and having now just confirmed my 3rd order with them for some new doors, I think it's about time I told everyone just what a fabulous company this is!

From start to finish, I have been nothing but TOTALLY impressed with the people, the products and the service.

If you are looking for new doors, windows, conservatories or anything similar, there is no need to look any further than to the team at L&L.

I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Service from sales to fitting was excellent; efficient, prompt and very personable staff.
The product (sliding glass doors and upvc double glazed windows throughout) is superb quality and the workmanship in the fitting equalled it.
I don't see how my experience with L & L could be bettered.

Excellent service from start to finish.
Customer service were very polite and friendly.
The window fitters were also polite & friendly with the occasional funny banter. They did a great job on fitting the window and were very clean and tidy.
I very well run family business who I will use again in the future.
