I booked a private hire coach with Llew Jones for my 60th birthday celebrations, the whole experience from the initial enquiry to the day of the trip went flawlessly. They were professional and helpful.
The driver on the day was great and friendly and punctual.
I would use them again and would definitely recommend.

Highly recommend. We use Llew Jones often for school trips, they are competitively priced and are reliable. Coaches are clean and comfortable. Drivers are always really friendly with our staff and pupils. Staff always praise the company after a trip.

John, our driver on a Lochs and Glens holiday was excellent in every aspect of his job. Delightfully chatty, always polite and nothing was too much trouble for him. I look forward to travelling with him again on Lochs and Glens in the future.

Feeder driver to Warrington was very good. Chris Jackson our main driver was very informative and helpful and trips were excellent but 4 hours in the small towns was a bit much. The hotel was excellent food was a bit bland. Journey home was not good. The feeder driver from Warrington decided to go long route to Newport via Gloucester in his words quote “don’t like the m5” unquote. Hence the 3⭐️. The bus was always clean but the seats were uncomfortable

I asked to be picked up at 1 AM instead of 2. I rang up and WhatsApp messaged on the day to ensure everything was good to go and was assured that it was. The bus turned up at 2:40 - apparently the driver had not been told about the change. This left me and 28 children, 3 other staff nad lots of parents waiting. I was trying and trying to ring, but no answer. You could do with an out of hours number. It was very frustrating and embarrassing.

We had for our trip to Scotland for our holiday Chris was amazing driver so helpful and kept us well informed through the trip and coped with some challenging driving with weather and road conditions. Coach was comfortable and clean. Pick up timing was early so we did not have to hang around waiting and journey went well which added to an enjoyable holiday.

Bus was on time. Driver was excellent. Had no issues at all. Would certainly use Llew Jones again.

Faultless service from booking to actual date of hire. Driver was friendly and helpful. Pick up and drop off times were as planned. Coach was clean. Second time we have used this company for private hire for a company trip and will be booking again in the future!

Llew Jones Coaches are genuinely a good company with good people working there.
From the first email to request availability, I received one back all most immediately with date details and importantly the cost.
On the evening of booking, the coach was exactly on time, clean interior and the driver was polite and helpful.
Our return journey, again exactly on time, the driver offered to drop us off nearer our home (situated on the main road) which was so kind for our tired feet!.
A great company all in all and I definitely recommend Llew Coaches.
