Extremely fast delivery, but last purchase made should have been credited for a free delivery promotion but it was not. Email to them went unanswered.

Fair prices, excellent product selection of otherwise hard to find, high quality products, fast, free shipping, and no sales tax (Tennessee normal rate is 9.75%) Switching my business to LLMedico since my prior supplier started charging for shipping and adding tax!

Very great and fast communication even though my order was a pre order, when I asked about a rough estimated date they were able to provide that information to me very quickly. As well as in a respecting and customer caring way.
I also have to say I love their tracking, the factor that it shows there pin-point location where the package is at, at that time and an on point estimated day.
This is probably going to be one of my newer sites when it comes down to buying diapers as this site seems to be abdl friendly.
Would recommend them completely

Great customer service
LL Medico has excellent customer service. All questions were able to be answered and they made it really easy to pick what was needed. The shipping was very quick and received well. The only issues was accidentally shipping a factory box. Spoke to them and they rectified the situation. Definitely will be back for additional purchases. Very nice people!

First class all the way...
I've shopped at LLMedico a few times over the past couple of years - they are in fact one of my "go to" choices for incontinence products. The prices are consistently equal or better than competitors', the turn-around time from order placement to delivery has been excellent, and on those extremely rare occasions when a product has been delayed or out-of-stock their customer service response has been beyond my expectations. Recommended without hesitation !

The person I talked to was very polite was very helpful they were unable to help me because I was not prepared with the information that they needed to complete the transaction at no time did I feel upset with individual because they did try everything they could to complete it I just ran out of time and the conversation so if you have a question contact them they are more than helpful
