We had a great experience with the owner. It is clear that he values his customers very much, and it is in his best interests to treat them fairly and ensure his cars pass all the checks. He even checked in with us a few days later, unprompted, to check how we were getting on with the car. And we're very satisfied with our car which is exactly as advertised, with no surprises.
