Price and speed
Initially, it was L&M's competitive pricing that drew me to their website. Quick, complete, replies to my questions sealed the deal. Fast shipping was a bonus. Did I mention the price? Even with the exchange rate, shipping, and duties, a complete suspension swap cost 1/2 to 1/3 less than what I could find in North America. Bloody tariffs.

Great Service, Great Value
I bought suspension parts from L&M for substantially less than Tesla were charging (About half the price).
I emailed before ordering to confirm that the parts were right for my car, and got a very quick reply.
The parts shipped quickly. They took a little while to arrive due to the time of year (Christmas), but L&M stayed in touch throughout, and answered any queries I had quickly.
I waited until the parts were fitted to the car to write a review to see if the mechanic had any issues with fitting. There were no problems.
