Do not do business with LMR

Do not do business with LMR. I ordered a part for my Mustang that was close to $500 - I never received the shipment. I filed a case with LMR, they did nothing to help me. I filed a case with the Better Business Bureau against LMR to try to get my part or my money back and LMR never even responded to the Better Business Bureau. I am out 500 and at this point will have to file a small claims case against LMR to get them to respond..

Problem with item, good follow up service!

Just an update on this. I thought that LMR had closed the trouble report on an item so previously gave a poor review. They are replacing the item free of charge, so have updated the review. Highly recommend them for auto parts!

First off let me say I have only had great experiences with lmr. I feel like I have been a loyal customer buying many parts from them. Today I wrote a review ( which they asked for ) on a kit that I ordered. I usually don't write reviews unless they are good ones. This one wasn't and was pretty explanatory and lengthy. Lmr removed it. There was absolutely nothing profane; only truth and my experience with this part and the company that offers its lack of customer service. I then submitted another review of the product short and sweet. "wouldnt get these". Removed... why do they ask me for a review and i give it ,they don't like it and then remove it ? I thought a review was to let people know what they might expect before spending hard earned money these days. I'm sure this will receive some sort of response from lmr stating I did something wrong. All I did was tell my BAD experience with this particular part; I'm not the only one...

VERY BAD SERVICE

I wouldn’t even rate this place a 1 star if I could, Every time I have placed an order here I get an email next day saying my order has been cancelled by “our third party system” asking that I use PayPal, are you F’n kidding me? PayPal? I ditched PayPal back in the 90’s,
LMR has HORRIBLE customer service and distributes nothing but over priced junk,
I suggest you listen to the other reviews for the truth about this place and take your business to American Muscle, CJ Pony and National Parts Depot where you will be treated GREAT and receive quality parts.

Awful customer service. Sold me a bag that was damaged. I had already returned the bag on the same day, which why fixed but then I noticed more damage. Internal leather had two large cuts. I complained again that the quality shouldn’t have been dispatched from their warehouse/ factory.
But i apparently had 7 days to complain, in my opinion I’ve had 2 days as this is the second time I’ve viewed it.

Awful service, don’t buy!

I started doing business with a LMR in January 2022. I ordered some parts and I got them as expected. Then I ordered seat covers for 1990 convertible mustang GT. My guy that was putting on the seat covers told me that they were too small so I called LMR. They told me to send them pictures so I did once they receive the pictures they told me that once you put on the seat covers you can no longer return the product. I called my credit card company immediately and put a hold on the payment until I figured out what was going on there. They did work with me but in the back of my mind I was thinking that they were going to retaliate against me, sure enough they did. I got my issue fixed and placed several orders after this incident. I placed another order on April 1, 2022 and waited To receive my product I never received it so I looked on my email and I saw that it was canceled. They excepted my credit card until now I made several calls to them. They are telling me that I have to go on PayPal. They charged my credit card and tell me that the third party they go through canceled my order for for suspicious activity. I can’t believe they can charge my credit card not ship my product and tell me that I have to go on PayPal makes no sense! I love their product and their website it’s so user-friendly I just don’t understand how this came to be? I guess I’m gonna have to do business with CJ pony instead.

I do show that the upholstery that was ordered is not designed for the particular seat backs you are using in your Mustang. Due to this, it will not install properly. Unfortunately, once the upholstery has been installed, it is no longer eligible for a return.

We had worst experience buying over 20 years. We are export business helping many auto clubs over Latin America. Even we holding a US lawfully Tax Exempt Certificate, those LMR tax thieves charged us and overpricing their products. Of course I suspended immediately my orders.

I've bought from LMR many times. Never an issue. Very fast shipping too.

They offer financing by Affirm, so that's a huge plus if you can't swing paying everything upfront for a high dollar item.

I did see that the exhaust clamps for the tips were not fully tightened during the installation. This does mean that the tips falling off while driving are not covered under warranty; however, I did see that our Product Team did find an extra set of tips to send to you.
