The booking experience and user friendly process made the whole experience easy and looking forward to using this service alot more. The online help and follow up with phone call was very unexpected and very appreciated. Kaia was exceptional at helping first time user.

My load of boxes and plastic tubs was delivered safe and sound. Very happy.

Terrible dodgy site...

I signed up and posted an ad, an hour later my phone number is being bombarded with scam sms messages. They are clearly onselling personal data, wish I had never posted on their site. Do not use them, you have been warned.

Hume Freight were very quick to quote, they replied promptly to messaging and the goods were delivered undamaged & well within an acceptable time frame.

Kaleb was excellent to deal with and went out his way to pick up my gear. Highly recommend!

First time user of Loadshift, and very happy with the outcome. It was a pretty straightforward process to arrange for our large timber dining table to be picked up in country Vic and delivered to us in Melbourne. Great communication throughout.

Loadshift they are scammers they are there only ther for the customers not drivers they are a pack of lying dogs if you get a lad called Conner he has a silver tongue and a proper bottom feeding parasite they they will dispute every load as if it hasn’t been done rite and will only pay less then half the amount let all the raj drivers gets scammed all painted with the same brush just dogs

Philippines based call center with no screening process on which shippers can bid for jobs on this website, and the shipper is more important to them than the customer. Therefore you end up with the dodgiest shonky operators that will offer you a good price then either subrogate the work out or hit you with all sorts of extra fee's that loadshift will ultimately support in their small print.
Once you have accepted and paid the quote offered, the site marks it as a "deposit" on shipping, not a payment! Meaning it can be increased if your description isn't spot on as its not a payment!
You are left at the mercy of the shippers honesty & raj and if they want to charge more, they simply ask loadshift and they charge your card! Never again

Beware! This company allows scammers and will not protect you against theft. Loadshift allowed a truck driver to steal $3000 from me - he asked for a deposit, then didn't turn up to the job and stopped answering his phone. I am following up with the police and local court, but my money is still stolen. Loadshift have turned their backs on me, saying it was not their problem, and continue to allow this truck driver to operate on their platform, even though I've shown them evidence that he has stolen $3000 from me.
