Incredible customer service and quality of products!
The team (namely the manager Joe in the Guildford) could not have been more helpful. I think I went into loaf about 5 times before choosing my sofa and other bits, and Joe was so patient and helpful. I bought the cuddlemuffin and it is truly the greatest sofa ever!

I went in to decide between three sofas. Penny found me and was so helpful. She was knowledgeable and generous with her time to help me decide. The showroom is beautiful with the added bonus of having farrow and ball paint swatches available. Penny made the whole process fun and easy. Thank you and can’t wait to receive my new sofa.

Visited your Guildford store yesterday. As with Stephanie's review earlier we found Chloe and Joe both very helpful in sorting out the style, fabric type and colour of our sofa whilst allowing us to make our choice at our own pace and without any pressure.

We visited your Guildford store & loved how everything was layed out. The staff were all fantastic & felt welcome to browse without any pressure.
The first time sitting on a Loaf Sofa we were sold!
The hardest part was picking out of the fantastic rage of colours & materials. This was made easier by the swatches & seeing most of the different coloured materials on sofas in store.

Good service inshore and easy (& quick) ordering. Had previously used the remote video consultation service which was really helpful for discussing the practicalities of getting our chosen sofa into an apartment with a tricky entrance. All the Loaf team were super helpful.

I was welcomed as I walked through the doors by two lovely ladies who went out of their way to help me.
I returned today to place my order and was met and recognized by one of the staff members who had helped me on my previous visit.
Chloe then helped me choose fabric having explained to me that the fabric covering the sample chair was no longer available .
In a very short time my order was placed and I left the store a very happy customer.

Testing a sofa in store no guarantee of comfort of that delivered
Despite going to the Guildford store to check comfort of sofas, it was no guarantee of the comfort of that delivered. What was delivered was very hard indeed, but we thought the seat would soften with use, so persevered. Not only hasn't it softened with use, one can now feel the springs! it has been a very expensive mistake, A complete waste of money. As the sofa was delivered back in April last year we can't have it returned.
Update. Following a direct email by my daughter, who had bought this sofa for me, Loaf's "engineer" came today to look at the sofa. As soon as he removed the seat cover It was obvious why it was so uncomfortable. There are three very hard channels caused by the folding and stitching of fabric running right across the seat cushion! However this, apparently, is not considered a fault! I refused to accept this as we had experienced no such discomfort when we tested, and then ordered what we expected to be the same model. Given that comfort is essential for a sofa, I consider this either a design fault or a manufacturing fault. My old IKEA sofa, after 6 years wear, was more comfortable than this £1,000+ sofa. Needless to say I am not impressed with this company's manufacturing standards if this level of discomfort caused by either design or manufacture, is not considered a fault.
Further update. Have now been informed that Loaf make nothing, just subcontract to various companies, so the "love seat" we received may not even been made by same company as one we tried in Guildford store, especially as delivery was delayed by several weeks.
