The Items I received were dirty, marked, different shades and not as shown on the website. Customer service was very good when placing the order. And when issuing a refund for the returned items. I did however have to request additional refund for postage, which Customer Service granted as a goodwill gesture. I questioned via email why this was a goodwill gesture and not an automatic refund considering the unacceptable condition of the items, but received no response. I was disappointed that Loake permitted items in such unacceptable condition to be sold. This is a clear drop in quality from the Loake products I bought previously.
