I had closing on my loan over a month ago and received my money, however I haven't received any paperwork, title paperwork or any closing paperwork. I have made several phone calls and sent emails to which I get no answers. All I want is my final paperwork because I feel the money I received is incorrect.

They not only are customer oriented, but actually follow through on their clients through the entire loan process. The teams are professional, but in a manner that makes customers feel comfortable.

Service was amazing-everyone was prompt, knowledgeable and very helpful. Sean Snyder and Alton Oglesby were very professional.

Steve Builta, our loan officer, guided us rather seamlessly through a cash out refinance of our rental property. We have used him before and always found him professional but friendly and attentive. We would highly recommend him.

Elvis and Kennedy were amazing at the whole loan process. They communicated all the steps along the way. Underwriters were so picky and particular about documents that I almost wanted to just scrap it. But glad we completed. Total time from first phone call to loan money in bank was around 3 months.

David Mock has been very helpful with the loan process. Always available to answer any questions! Highly recommended for those who are interested in refinancing!

The process was brutal for us based upon the demands for information and the threats on delays for approval from the underwriters. The underwriters were still asking for details 24 hours before scheduled closing. This was one of the most stressful situations we have been through. We actually were still getting calls while we were closing. It was unbelievable

Wow so much to say. I had the the best experience with LoanDepot. It’s hard to tell the entire story, but getting my refi was a 5 month process with two other companies. It started with Rocket Mortgage and then with Navy Federal Credit Union. I can’t believe I didn’t go with LoanDepot from the beginning. The issues in closing from the other companies had nothing to do with income/debt/equity. Nothing changed in the last 5 months. The other two companies dropped the ball on some basic stuff which is astounding since they are major lenders. Loan Depot’ website with so easy to navigate, the staff with very very knowledgeable. They went beyond what they had to by extending my lock in rate at the lowest possible number. Thanks again!
