Exceptional service
The service i received was nothing short of exceptional, I was declined at first, but I received a call the next day by a rep called Joel, which he explained that he would try his best to help me again and it took a few calls and details but within a couple of hours I was helped out and turned out to be a life line, I highly recommend this company they are excellent.

I had a short term cash flow worry
I had a short term cash flow worry - I might not be able to meet the Xmas payroll. I knew I had plenty of cash coming in in January but that was going to be too late. My bank HXXX was not helpful because I was not authorised to use telephone banking and it would take 5 days to clear that up (!!). My alternative was to sell my windsurf van - or borrow against it. I contacted this team at 0445 in the morning and by 1645 - as I write this - I have £10k backup cash in my account. Hopefully I wont use it, but Im now sure the staff will get paid. Very professional, proper credit assessment quickly, not depending on an algorithm to say no. A god send. Thanks guys.
