Save yourself the hassle and buy elsewhere from a reputable company.

Beware this online Company Loaves Online which purports to sell vehicle spares. I ordered a Dog Guard for a BMW i3 from what appeared to be a UK company. All pricing was in Pounds Sterling even my Order Confirmation was in Pounds Sterling. However, my credit card was billed in US Dollars, incurring foreign currency charges and exchange rate charges making the item significantly more expensive. When I raised my concerns to the company that there was nothing on their site to indicate the purchase would be billed in another currency, they said it was outwith their control. I became suspicious about this company and noted that there was no contact details or company registration on the site. I checked the domain registrar which was in the USA but it was clear from the communications that they were in China, which raised further concerns about possible fraudulent activity and counterfeit goods. After almost 2 months, I have not received any goods or even Tracking info. They have now stopped responding to my emails altogether. Save yourself the hassle and buy elsewhere from a reputable company.
