I have had an easy experience any time…

I have had an easy experience any time I have lived with Loc8me loughborough. All the staff have been helpful with viewings and any issues with the properties, especially Katie. Would recommend for student housing

I can’t recommend enough!

I can’t recommend Hollie, Jade, and the team enough. When I moved into the house share, I was going through a difficult time with my divorce and trying to get back on my feet. They truly went above and beyond to support me.

One of the team even spoke with the landlord on my behalf to arrange for me to stay longer than my contract allowed, and then both Hollie and Jade helped me find somewhere else afterwards. What was meant to be just 3 months turned into 5, giving me the stability I really needed — which must have involved quite a bit of paperwork, as this included three different contracts, with the last two being only 4 weeks each.

Hollie and Jade were kind, professional, and understanding throughout, even offering to help me again in the future if I ever need it. The company has a fantastic work ethic and staff who genuinely care about the people they support. I’ll always be grateful for everything they did for me.
