localcars.me is a car rental marketplace for Montenegro. We bring together verified local rent-a-car companies in one place, so travelers can compare real prices and book a car directly — with no agency markup and no hidden fees. What you see is what you pay. Whether you’re flying into Tivat (TIV) or Podgorica (TGD) airport, or staying in Budva, Kotor, Herceg Novi, Bar or Ulcinj, you can find a car nearby with airport and city delivery. Most cars come with unlimited mileage, full insurance options, a refundable deposit, and pay-on-pickup (cash or card) — no online prepayment required. Our goal is simple: make renting a car in Montenegro cheap, transparent and stress-free, while supporting local businesses instead of big middlemen. Available in English, Montenegrin and Russian. Compare cars and book at localcars.me.
