Spent $170 on a gorgeous pair of earrings and the hinge closure broke off in about a month of wear. They were from the family gold collection so I was expecting them to last forever or at least a little longer than a month, pretty disappointing..

Took 7 weeks for my ring to come. It’s supposed to come this week. From the US to Canada should not take that long. China maybe, but not the US. The quality better be good, but even if I like the ring I will never order from here again

Ordered a gorgeous pair of earrings…
Ordered a gorgeous pair of earrings made of solid gold and broke three days after arriving at my house. This was extremely disappointing considering the price ($200) and the “heirloom quality” that was promised. Customer service was very curt and did not seem to have much interest in my satisfaction. Honestly feel like I fell for a scam.
