Don’t use this company

Don’t use this company, for opening a patio door they charged, £165 they wanted an other £165 for a new lock, I told them to leave the door, so I have only been ripped off with £165 .
I asked the guy for an invoice at first he said I would have to pay the balance then he would give me an invoice, I am waiting for the invoice first, I will still pay have to pay it. Don’t touch this company.

Utterly disgraceful company

Utterly disgraceful company, paying so that they are the only sponsor you see on Google for your locksmith term. They frequently change their number and parade a series of identical websites on Google ads.

Well known within the locksmith industry as Romanian criminals.

I had the misfortune of calling them out for a jammed door I desperately needed opening. Despite their website claiming charges from £39.00. They proceeded to charge me over £150.00 for a few seconds work, despite my alarm that this is not what was advertised, they took advantage of my desperation to ask for the money.

After the fellow left, I realised I had been scammed, and phoned him to ask if he thought over £150 for a few seconds work was justified with the website claiming charges from £39.00. He claimed the £39.00 was for simple jobs, how simple is a few seconds of drilling?

I suggest all who have had the misfortune of dealing with these cowboy crooks contact Trading Standards, their bank and Action Fraud.

Some of their account names are Kingsman Group, Wellington Services, Kingsman Security Solutions Ltd.

They do not provide any invoices, which is against the law for a so called limited company. They do not tell you their names of their tradesmen, or have any name badges, email addresses bounces, and the number you contacted on gets switched off once they are done scamming you; just so there is no accountability.

As you can see most of the positive reviews have Romanian names, apart from Christian Affleck (Ben Affleck was too see through right).

Scam locksmith, do not use!

Echoing other reviews, this scammer of a locksmith charged me £615 for a lock change, labour and new set of keys after quoting something under £200 for call-out and labour. I was locked out of my flat but do not believe this justified him drilling my lock open. After investigating his ‘website’ and authentication, you can tell there is none, and he is well known in my city by other locksmith to be ruining people’s everyday lives like this.

Attempting to get a chargeback or take him to court, otherwise I’d say we all rally together, drain him dry and run him out.

Scam - report to police

Quoted 'under £200' on the phone, which increased to £340 on arrival because they claimed we had a high security locking mechanism. Partner was really unwell when dealing with him and accepted assuming the guy knew what he was talking about. When work was complete he demanded £882 and partner felt he wasn't able to say no as work had been completed. Currently have police, trading standards, and citizens advice involved who has asked us to get as many other victims of this company as we can to report the scam. If you have been targeted then please report and hopefully we can all get at least some of our money back!
