This mob shafted a mates 90 year old parents. Avoid at all costs. Lowlife.

The worst compamy, please do not provide any credit card detail for the booking', the guy arrived without tool and quoted one washer for $350 , i was too naive to trust our local plumber; without anything done, I was charged $218 on my credit card. I believed there are many good plumbers out there but this company will ruin it for all.

Avoid this service. Astronomical and inappropriate charges.

Unethical and plumber turned up wearing slides and socks. Utterly unprofessional.

Absolute highway robbery. Needed a pressure valve changed on a hot water system. Was quoted $400 at 5pm and told the parts were on board and the plumber would attend in about 30min. Plumber did arrive charged us $330 and didn't have the part. Had to come back the following day and then charged a further $360 for 5min work. Outrageous, would NEVER use again.

They had people come out so quickly and got the job done very quick. Amazing quality service!

i recently called local plumbing heroes to come out to fix a leaking toilet they were very friendly. i had emmanuel who came out and did the repair. i asked him to check out a couple other things around the house and was very accommodating thanks again

WARNING DO NOT USE this company, I was charged $4133 for a 40 min job. Ronnie changed 2 valves on a hot water system and 2 taps. Only quoted me for the valves so I gave him my credit card details however he failed to tell me it was $4133 in total. The quote and invoice were sent after he left the premises. Pursuing legal advise and dealing with Fair trading. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

Recently had an emergency plumbing issue in my home in the inner west and Local Plumbing Heroes came to the rescue. Not only were they prompt and professional, but they also took the time to explain the issue and how they were fixing it. The service was top-notch, and the price was very reasonable. I'd highly recommend them to anyone in the needing reliable plumbing services. Five stars!

Called hero plumbing for our gas heater, they came serviced and fixed smelling issue we had

We had kitchen drainage issue , water running slow to drainage pipe last week, so we called LPH, they sent a plumber next day, they cleaned blocked pipes and charged us $450. However, after dinner we trying to wash dishes and found the drainage was completely ed blocked , we rang LPH again, they sent another guy cane next day, they used video camera and cleaned the pipes again then charged us $1012. It was a minor issue, they are came twice, and charged $1462, this is too much for a small job.

We've never felt this stupid and betrayed like this before in Australia. This is our very first time dealing with a plumber in Australia.
After seeing their website that mention: SATISFACTION GUARANTEED, RELIABLE, HONEST, AFFORDABLE, and google. We rang and trusted this company LPH and Ronny (the owner) to come to service our leaking shower tap 21/2/23 at 4-4:45pm.

I rang LPH/Ronny today and asked why he's charging us $1300, instead of $300?
He replied the reason why he charged us 3times the normal price because he came after hours emergency service.
We rang him 3:20pm yesterday. He came at 4pm and finish all work at 4:45pm. (He already charged us $165 for call out fee after hours. Normally no call out fee within business hours)
He came only to replace the cartridge ($35 Bunnings).

Very minor issue thats normally cost $250-$300. (I just got these quotes from other companies after LHP Ronny done the service at our unit).

The prices at local plumbing heroes are very reasonable and Ronnie did a great job at fixing a problem that other plumbers failed to correct. Thank you!
