Thank you so much. I ordered neck warmers, i sent our logo in and the design options were sent to me within a day, it was quick, easy and so helpful. From the original contact to the finished custom product was simple and supported. Brilliant value for money. Fantadtic service. Our bike club are so pleased with the club neckwarmers. They were able to do exactly what I asked for. Very easy to use. I uploaded the image I wanted to use… they sent me a proof to show what it would look like, I particularly appreciated that. Once I approved it, it was done and sent out. Excellent service would definitely use them again.

I received my neck tube yesterday I'm happy with it but the Red Colour is a bit off than the design I forwarded to you I will be placing further orders when I have spoken with other club members.

My order arrived extremely late. Took weeks and when it turned up the printing was incorrect and the size not as previously ordered (larger)

I still haven't received my order after 5 weeks

can't fault the product the coat is warm and looks great. only issue is the timescales it takes to get it. website said 4 weeks and I got it after 7 weeks.
I got told it was still waiting to come from the supplier before it could be embroidered, it arrived and was printed and not embroidered so not sure what happened there

The hoodie is good quality but I struggle with the sizes. A previous jacket was too big in medium and I had to order a small size. This hoodie was ordered in small but it is too small. It is advertised as general male /female clothing but I dought a male would be able to wear this, maybe a youth.
Long waiting time as well. Just under seven weeks

You are are asking me for a review of the 2 hoodies that I ordered in early January😳 nearly 2 months and still waiting😢

Great design just what I ordered, great price and delivery.

Been over 2 months and I’m still waiting for my goods

I competed in a race in October, decided to order a hoodie and t-shirt which I did in the 21 October. To date (6 Feb 25) I have yet to receive it. Everytime I email I get told they are despatching it at the end of the week.

This review maybe amended if I ever get my order but if you ever see this company when ordering anything, I wouldn’t recommend

My order was for a sample printed snood ordered, mocked up and agreed on 13th December 2024 but not actually delivered until almost the end of January 2025.
There was no communication regarding the delay in delivery. I tried to call and email with no response.
As a first impression for a new customer from a potential new supplier to say the term "could do better!" just doesn't cover it really.
To this day I have still not had any comms from you. As you can probably guess I am looking too take my business elsewhere.
