What sort of system do you guys operate??? Ordered nearly $150 worth of food from Glen Waverley Store - money taken from my card - pickup time advised....get to the store, NO ORDER there!! They call your call centre - order/payment is 'pending' !!! Wasnt 'pending when you hit my card - instantly! Lady at the shop was most apologetic BUT I will NEVER order from you again AND I will tell all my friends to avoid your stores like the plague! PUT THIS ONLINE - Because I will be. A SERIOUSLY crap experience for me AND the poor franchisee - who I am sure you are charging exorbitant fees to

Amazing experience
Amazing experience. I tryed this new platerforme, ordered and all my grocery items was dropped on their timing.
The site was nice and easy to use. It was a must to have a site with asian grocery.
I use Uber eats regurlarly and by comparation this Local Serve site is much cheaper.
I have referred to family and friends and its sure that im gonna use again this site.
