No hassle rental from Brescia Station
No hassle rental from Brescia Station. Maybe because I added the don’t worry package (expensive I know) and Smart pickup but it all worked smoothly. Lose one star because the car was a downgrade on expected (MG not VW) and quite dented/scratched. Good luck on finding the return car park entrance!

Easy rental at good rates
Easy rental at good rates. No hassle when picking up the car, no hassle turning it back in. Friendly and efficient staff. And, last but not least, a nice car (upgrade), which connected to my android mobile for navigation on my dashboard

charged for non-existend damages
I have rented a car in Brescia for 1 day. I brought the car without damages and left the keys. The company charged me 800 for damages without even showing me what damages were made. The car was in a very poor condition and I assume they wanted to fix it on me. I will pursue them legally as I had the bright ideea to film the car I dropped, but I wanted to make sure that other customers are aware of these practices. I had previously a good experience with their Rome office. It seems the Brescia office is not up to professional standards.

Also, you are asked to sign it for acceptance. In this way, pre-existing damages don’t generate issues when returning the vehicle. When dropping off the car or the van, you are welcomed by our parking staff who invites you to check the conditions of the vehicle.
