Real 'Don't worry' service
Highly recommended especially Conegliano and Venezia branch. Incredible service. Real 'Don't worry'
First, We booked an Audi A3 included 'Don't worry' package but they gave me Seat Leon instead which was OK and acceptable. Unfortunately, We got an accident on suburban road 1 hr. from the nearest town (Conegliano) . The car got flat tire. They sent us a road assistance (included in package) and a taxi to Conegliano (160 EUR). They immediately gave us a Nissan QASHQAI at the Conegliano Locauto branch. The Conegliano staff was very helpful and always kept in touch until we got helps. Finally, It takes about 3.5 hours since the accident until the new car. Not too long for the foreigner with some difficulty in communication.

The best experience I had in my life with a rental car…Alessandro e Manuele they are very kind guys, and always trying to find a solution if an issue arrise. I would recommend this rental agency to anyone.
