Unfortunately Alfa Romeo is not a pleasant car to drive because everything is designed to be "different", while unfortunately completely ignoring the human interface. The performance of the car does not compensate for the inconvenience. I will never rent/own this brand again, sorry.

Great service at Foligno office
The gentlemen at the Foligno office were extremely helpful to me as a first-time renter in Italy. I think his name is Marco. The crew at FCO return were also very helpful and professional. The car itself was clean and it got the job done.

Quickest rental out the door... Ever!
When I showed up in a taxi to try and get a rental, they quickly arranged it and let the taxi driver know that all was good! It was the quickest I've ever gotten thru a rental experience, and it was the first time I ever tried with out an advance reservation!

Very helpful staff
The staff was very helpful and so kind that he offered us to drive to the train station after returning the car which made our journey so much easier with two little kids. The car was in excellent condition.

Was charged 100 euros for labor fee for…
Was charged 100 euros for labor fee for person who checked me in in addition to a small gas fill of 40 euros which I saw on my tablet and signed for it. But at no time did I see or sign for a 100 euros fee for the person to do that! Gas fill and no knowledge of it coming no vision of it when I signed!
