Good experience
We had no issues from the day we picked up car and returned it on August 14th. Hopefully in the future we can rent from Locauto when we return to Europe!

Luigi was our representative at the Locauto in Frosinone. From our arrival Luigi took care of our every need and made us feel secure in our decision to rent a car in Italy. He was professional and took his time to answer ALL of our questions and concerns. He went over the vehicles condition with us and even connected our phone to the car in English. On return of the car Luigi saw us calling a cab for the train station and offered to drive us there. Luigi went above and beyond and Locauto is blessed to have him as a representative of their company. Thank you Luigi!

You told us when we called Thursday…
You told us when we called Thursday that we had to 1:30 to return the car. Then when we arrived at 11:25 you say you're charging for another day. Not the way to do business.

Credit card issues resolved
They were having issues with credit cards from outside Italy. Head office made some changes and they resolved this issue. Staff is friendly and attentive to your needs. will definitely rent again from this location
