We had a wonderful experience with Dorotea (Dorothea)! Thank you very much. If we could give ten stars, we would. We were in Grosseto for a wedding last summer and needed to exchange the car which we had rented in Rome. We were kind of desperate and arrived at the station just as it was closing (1800, I think). Even though it was closing time and she had probably already worked hard all day, Dorotea was so kind and friendly and professional - she willingly stayed to help us (probably until 1830!!) - she located a great car(a beautiful yellow stick-shift/manual which we named the Bumblebee) and helped us quickly get through the necessary paperwork. My wife and I did not know whether a car would be available, and we were stressed for sure driving around Grossetto for the first time, and Dorotea put us as ease with a very calm, friendly, good-humored and professional - and COMPETENT - demeanor and excellent behavior. We left with a great car and it made the rest of the day so much better. We look forward to stopping at this Locauto whenever we are back in Tuscany/Grosseto. Highly recommend this location of Locauto - and grazie mille to Dorotea!

This car was delivered extremely dirty inside and outside. The outside was full of scratches and damages to the rims. No offer in Grosseto to clean the car,give me another or give a discount.
The return rental station in Verona was chocked to see the condition of this car, stating it violated company policies.

Check in and check out procedures were very unprofessional. Damage reports not properly managed at check in and over zealous damage recording at check out.

We had rented a car in Grosseto order to go to Saturnia Hot Springs for 2 days. Our train from Lucca didn’t arrive until after their closing time on Saturday of 1pm. We called and the agent Dorote said she would stay and wait till our train came in which was an hour after closing. Big Kudos to Dorote for the great customer service she extended to us!!! She went beyond helping us out!
