I attempted to rent a car (an upgrade…
I attempted to rent a car (an upgrade to what I eventually got) through home-internet (Finland). Everything looked fine, and I even keyed in the credit card number, and finalized the process. That I had not received confirmation came up at your Imperia City rental desk. Also, you should have a return box for car-keys for uncompilicated rentals. Otherwise the process was rapid, smooth, and the personnel was friendly.

Everything about the rental thing
Everything about the rental thing, we put in their hands. And there was no dissatisfaction !!
We where renting a car for bouth our kids (and their familys).
We will definitly use them again.

Also very easy to bring the car back! A quick check a sign and that’s it!
The office is very good located in the near of the train station!
