Car, was good, people were very nice and all went well. However, the renting company is outside Matera, so difficult to go back. Also it is a bit more expensive then renting in Bari.

Easy to book. Very helpful office staff. We drove a lovely car that met our needs with lots of luggage.
Easy to return. When in Italy again will look for Locauto.

A little delay in on the pickup but overall a good experience. Car was nice. Drop off at a different location was super easy.

Location in Matera is a bit outside of the city, but we took a taxi from city center. Everything was OK. I recommend.

Great service. Great car. We picked up from Matera, Italy and returned to Naples airport. Service was very efficient and the whole process was easy. Staff at both locations were extremely helpful, assisting with directions and luggage, etc. Would specifically mention the service rep at Matera (who's name I can't remember). She was great... friendly and helpful and the most efficient service I've ever received when collecting a rental car!

Reating the car, was very fast und good. seing the car, small rot one, super, nice and clean. Driving very easy and good. bringing it back after some days in the airport, the guy´s there, very good and frendly, took fast look, asked everthing ok wiht the car, after 2 min. Have a nice day and a good flight, very good.

Very friendly, helpful and correct contact and information. Nice car in best condition. Price for full insurance ok. No problem with all. Warm recommended to other users. Assist to shuttle between center city and place of Locauto. Only best experience!

Everything was great and Sarah R. made everything as easy as possible!…she is obviously a great and valuable employee…we also enjoyed the car very much!

I am not sure if our original review was edited but we intended to include, in good faith, some advice based on our experience if that's okay...

First, when there is a language difference, great care should be taken to make sure there is an exact hour when the car is to be returned and charges can be added if late...

Secondly, we know were late but there were extenuating circumstances I don't know that we could have been prepared for; the traffic around Naples was incredibly jammed. very, very dangerous for someone driving there for the first time, and so incredibly stressful we purposely eschewed getting gas in order to get the car back safely...

All this to say a little warning about the difficulties of driving in Naples would have been most appreciated and some support/understanding upon our arrival would have been nice instead of someone happily explaining to us how much more we were going to have to pay...

No great issues, it was a great car; just some customer service things that you can think about for the future...thank you, Michael Paolercio, San Francisco...
