Honestly the best car rental experience I have ever had. The car was as promised, no attempt to offer a more expensive car and extended insurance deals. Very welcoming and nice personnel.

Everything was great
Everything was great. The car was quite new, clean and nice. The manager was not annoying and didn't try to impose services that I didn't need.

Staff at sesto San Giovanni Milan are exceptional! I just forgot the name of the guy who was assigned for us. This is the second time that I had rented a car to them.
My car reservation is not available at the time we arrived then again they upgraded my rental car! Highly recommended and 5 star service ⭐️

The experience was 100% amazing. Great service and prompt response from staff, very clean and modern cars. Very good prices and of course the fact that there is no deposit is something that raises your company to the top. For sure on my next trip to Italy I will prefer locauto again!!
