Die Abholung verlief absolut unkompliziert. Obwohl wir etwas zu früh ankamen, haben wir ohne lange Wartezeit direkt ein Auto zugewiesen bekommen. Das erhaltene Fahrzeug war für unseren Urlaub sogar noch besser geeignet als gedacht!

Da Sardinien sehr bergig ist und die Wege zu den traumhaften Stränden oft holprig, unbefestigt oder sandig sein können, kann ich ein Auto der Kategorie Jeep/SUV nur wärmstens empfehlen. Es macht das Fahren auf der Insel um ein Vielfaches entspannter.

Service & Atmosphäre
Das Personal war extrem freundlich, aufmerksam und hatte humorvollen Charme – das hat die komplette Übergabe sehr sympathisch gemacht. Man hatte zu keinem Zeitpunkt das Gefühl, über den Tisch gezogen zu werden oder dass einem versteckte Kosten angedreht werden. Transparenz wird hier wirklich großgeschrieben!

Die Rückgabe verlief ebenso schnell, unkompliziert und problemlos.

Wichtiger Tipp zum Tanken auf Sardinien: Für Touristen bzw. Nicht-Ortsansässige kann das Tanken an den italienischen/sardinischen Tankstellen auf den ersten Blick etwas verwirrend sein (Unterschied zwischen Aperto/Self und Servito sowie Kartenzahlung am Automat). Informiert euch am besten kurz vor der ersten Fahrt über den genauen Ablauf, um Hektik zu vermeiden.

Fazit
Wir würden hier jederzeit wieder buchen. Wer auf Sardinien einen verlässlichen, fairen und freundlichen Mietwagenanbieter sucht, ist hier bestens aufgehoben!

Pick-up was extremely quick and smooth. Even though we arrived a bit early, we didn't have to wait and were handed a car right away. The vehicle we got was even better suited for our trip than we originally expected!

Since Sardinia is very mountainous and the roads leading to the best beaches are often bumpy, unpaved, or sandy, I strongly recommend renting a Jeep or SUV. It makes driving around the island so much more relaxed and enjoyable.

The staff was super friendly, helpful, and had a great sense of humor, which made the whole experience very pleasant. At no point did we feel like we were being ripped off or pushed into hidden extras. Transparency is truly a priority here!

Drop-off was just as fast, straightforward, and hassle-free.Important Refueling Tip for Sardinia: For visitors, gas stations in Sardinia can be a bit confusing at first (the difference between Self and Servito service, plus automated card machines). I recommend reading up briefly on how the fuel pumps work before your first trip to save yourself any stress.

Friendly and helpful staff. Straightforward service when renting and returning the car. The car (VW Polo) was excellent. The price, including insurance, is reasonable.

Everything works well. Only thing not great was the signs when returning the car. It was difficult to find right way to the parking lot. The car was in good condition and service excellent!

I've rented cars in europe many times, in many different countries. this might have been the first time i didn't have to fight with someone on either the pick up or drop off haha. i'm half joking, but really, it was pretty easy going on both ends. the drop off was a little challenging to find but other than it was great
