I was very unhappy with the service.In the first place i was given a car of a lower category without adjusting the price. After using it for less than a 100 kilometers on proper roads 2 tires went down at the same time, which must have been caused by a prior damage. I would have expected that Locauto would take over the damage as a gesture of goodwill. Instead we waited for hours in the cold and it was impossible to speak with somebody responsible. Locauto was only fast in sending me the invoice with false invoice details. Very bad experience. Not recoomended and unprofessional.
