Fast and efficient. What you need when rent a car.

Everything was perfect 👌personal at the counter very nice and professional . The car was clean and perfect ! The rental and return of the car were both done perfectly . For the return, the agent was very helpful and proposed to drop me at the airport 👌 the only negative point is how to reach the rental office from the airport … I understand it has nothing to do with the service provided by the car rental company but I hope a better solution will be found as for Sixt and Sicily car rentals which are inside the arrival hall of the airport 🤞🤞🤞

Great service! We initially took to small car and got a brand new bigger car for extra 30e 👍

First I rented an automatic Volkswagen polo. I got the Reggio Italy airport to pick up the car. They say they gave me a free upgrade. WOW, cool then they bring this huge SUV and I was like no thank you to big for the streets of Italy. And they were like it’s a free upgrade. Two problems one the car is huge and I would have problems maneuvering and second the gas was $1.9-$2 a liter and I’m sure this would have been a gas guzzler. Then they tell me to come back after 7pm and we will have a smaller automatic. I decide to kill 5-6 hours by going to town. The. After spending about an hour getting to town by bus because a taxi was like $40 Euro they text me to say “well actually we won’t be getting that car in”. I go back and switch to a manual still big but not as long. Still cost like $50 Euro to fill up.

No issues w the car except because it was brand new and the manual was in Italian a language I don’t speak I could not figure out the volume I even watched video and thankfully my brother was like there should be something on the steering to control this. So o searched and they added a whole thing of gadgets under the steering wheel that I had to play w to figure it out. But on doing so I accidentally hit a command that would not let me go over the speed limit, which of course on kicked in when I tried to get enter a highway and the car would not go into a higher gear (almost got hit) even though I had plenty of room to enter the car would not. I get off immediately and stop; the car worked ok then I do it all over again, almost getting hit a second time. I pull over and search a found that I had accidentally hit a button to do that. Scariest experience but did figure it out. Now I don’t get into a car without getting a little lesson on wipers changing mirror positioning gas tank open and some of the other gadgets but they didn’t even know about this stuff because the car was like new w only 5777 km on it.

Second scariest is returning this car to FCO airport. I put the address you gave me and it was to the inside terminal. I spent 45 mins following signs again and again. I finally see oh here it is and go up 4 level in the parking garage to find out I was in the wrong one. So out and back around another two times to get into terminal 1 parking g garage (some issues were due to construction) I finally drop the car off.

There I had no issues they took the car gave me an ok to leave and I did. I got my final paperwork in an email.

Persons pleasant and very available quickly. a new car with all the new technologies lile gps or car play. Check in and Check out very simple and quickly. Price ok without a lot of options except insurance. Near the airport.

Friendly staf, correct service .

Friendly check in, car was clean, gentleman ensured we were comfortable driving with gear stick, changed the dashboard to English, made sure we knew where instruction book was and the spare tyre and tools. Smooth drop off and a handshake.
