I am writing this email to let you know my complain and total disappointment on the economical charge of 140 Euros, due to damages on the car we rented from your company.
Attached I am sharing with you the video we made that showed the bad conditions that the car was delivered to us, it was a total surprise that the person that received the car at Rome Airport blamed us for damages shown to the car rims.
At any moment we make these damages that you are just without previous evidence are charging to us, this is totally unfair.
Please reconsider these charges and cancel them because it is not correct the way you are acting against us.
