I had a good experience renting the car. The booking process was straightforward and the car was comfortable, and it was reliable throughout the rental period. The staff were helpful and polite.
Overall I was happy with the service. The only thing that can be improved was the clealiness of the car. It would be better if the car had been cleaned properly before being handed over.

Bella Italia with VW Caravelle
We could travel Italy with a fantastic VW Caravelle in very good condition. The only thing missing was the parking disc. The staff was very friendly and also customer service was easily reachable when we had to change our booking and add another day.

Good service until returning of the car
Everything went really well until the drop-off of the car. In Florence everyone was very nice and helpfull. In the returning of the car in Rome, not so much.
The person who received me was not very friendly and tried to convince me that there was a tiny little scrach completely unseen in the front bumper (and that he had to speak to his colleague in Florence, etc...). as I started to really go upset, e quit and just let me sign the form... I didn't like it and really got the impression he was trying to activate the insurance deductible so they could fix the rest of the car (which had a lot of dents by the way)...

Car was fine, but petrol situation was not!
The car was absolutely fine, and the pickup/drop off were fast, so these are the good points. It would have been 5 stars, but it was soured at the end. I was told initially that the tank was full, and that I should drop it off as full as well. This is measured by 8 bars on the dashboard. I returned it with 8 bars, but was told rather abruptly that it was not full, and that I would be fined!! I was shocked at this, but was in a rush, so paid so I could get my flight. I'm sure it is buried in their t&c's somewhere, but to me this seems like madness! I managed to claim some bavk eventually, but even still, it has put me off using this company again.
