I had a vehicle breakdown with my two large dogs an Davide was more than happy to provide a dog kit/rear seat cover to solve the dog issue. We had tô pickup a similar car, because they didn't had the one we reserve. It was very new, but with a smaller luggage rack.

Honest and straightforward
Great experience, easy to set up on the computer ahead of time and the check-in was super simple. The price they quote you is the price it is. They’re not trying to gouge you. I had paid ahead of time and then I upgraded when I got to pick up the car and for a much nicer car it was only $10 per day upgrade charge.

He asked to help with a taxi, so I could go back to where I will go. I can recommend LOC Auto Turin City.

We were supposed to bring back the car…
We were supposed to bring back the car at 6 pm in Milan. The office was already closed by then. It took a while to get someone on the phone at a different office. We had to bring the car the airport and the train ticket back to Milan was not refunded. We had a lot of stress because of that.
