The service at the office was top-notch; everything was explained efficiently and clearly. No hidden fees. Bravo! Keep up the good work! My first rental in Italy, and I didn't have any strange mishaps. Bravo again! I recommend it 100%.

Regarding the vehicle: We apologize that the car was not to your liking. As your originally booked category was unavailable, our staff provided a complimentary upgrade to a higher category in line with our company policy.
Regarding the fuel charge: Under our Full to Full policy, vehicles must be returned with a full tank. Drop off car park area.
I had difficulty finding the drop off point in Udine. There were no signs or logos anywhere. I had to drive around the streets for 20 minutes, causing me to be late. I was charged an additional day’s rental fee. Found your representative to be rude and not interested in listening to my reasons for being late. Strongly suggest you install proper signage! Would request you consider refunding all or part of the day’s additional charge.

Everything was fine. The staff was friendly, the car was very clean and in good condition. The handover went very quickly and the process seemed very professional overall. We even got a higher car class for the same price. Gladly again.
