Paid extra for premium delivery as I required the computer lock for an important trip at short notice. Was promptly delivered the next day by a courier. Very fast and excellent device!

I have to report that I am now receiving exemplary service from the Lock Alarm Manufacturing company.
The principal of the company has provided constant and prompt advice to me as a reseller. He has simply gone beyond expectations and I thank him for that. I had already withdrawn the negative comment I placed on trustpilot in 2017 and taken a lets try again approach.
Things are looking good now and i am proud to be selling this quality product. Well done everyone.

Absolutely excellent service!
Bought 5 Lock Alarms for a small project we are working on. Delivery was prompt. One unit had a wall bracket missing. Contacted their customer support via the online chat. The bracket came the next day. You can't fault service like that!

My friend recommended to me and now I'm recommending to you
After being impressed by the alarm my friend owns I purchased three of them; one for my own use and the other two as gifts for close relations. Generally everything was excellent and the products are certainly impressive. Just a very minor moan (and the reason for only giving 4 stars instead of 5 stars) is that the 3 locks were sent in separate packages rather than together in one box. Seems a waste of resources and not exactly environmentally friendly to send like that, I hope that can be improved upon in future. That aside I totally recommend.

I love the product but they should pack it better for posting as the bubble envelope had split during transit, a box would be better.

The Lock Alarm I ordered online was delivered quickly and in good condition. The main purpose of my review is to thank Tim in customer support for his excellent after-sales service. I realised I needed 3 keys instead of the 2 keys that were provided. Tim quickly walked me through how to locate the key code on the device and then he arranged an additional key to be sent to me at no extra cost. Much appreciated!

*** AS PER USUAL *** We purchase these through a UK suppliers and we are their main buyer of lockalarm products. Every time an order is placed with Lock alarm it takes months to deliver and even then, the full delivery is never fulfilled. Constant promises of delivery dates that never happen and always dodgy excuses. We have over 70 of our customers awaiting delivery of these, it not only giving us a bad name but also adding lots of extra emails and calls. We have now taken the decision to remove these from our website, we can’t rely on your company ruining our excellent reputation. Please don’t try to get this review removed like you did with the last one as trustpilot will only re-instate it. We will also forward all of our customers awaiting back orders to this page, so you should expect many more poor reviews. I suggest that you start being honest with your customers before you lose them all.
