Though the reviews are generally good here, my experience was not good. I got a locker at Atocha on Feb 6, 2026. I tried to book my train tickets, but they were not available for another hour. I bought the tickets and tried to extend the locker time. I was given an email to confirm. When I returned before the extended time, I was locked outside. The door lock number was wrong. Finally I was able to get an email to unlock the door. It turned out that I was locked out because my first locker time expired. I almost missed my trip. I was able to enter after Lock and enjoy grant me access. The point was I wanted to extend my time but then I was given a second locker. It didn't make sense because my luggage was still in the first locker. What is the point of giving me a second locker. I sent repeated email requesting a refund for the second locker because I got charged not the extended time, but a second useless locker. One thing I had to emphasize was I had to use google translate when I used the app.

The system allows extending the reservation before it ends; once the original time expires, access is no longer active for security reasons. In your case, a new reservation was generated instead of an extension, which is why a second locker was assigned.

Complete rip off. Website is unclear, reps don't speak English and give inaccurate information, and so much more. Imagine spending thousands of dollars for just over a month of storage for two bags.

Easy to book and use
It was very easy to book, check-in and check out online. We arrived earlier than expected so I had to edit my booking and everything was clear, fast and easy. I just don´t give a 5 stars because the place wasn’t very tidy. We wen't there previously to check how it worked and the same rubbish was already there previously. I understand some users may not be very careful but a daily cleaning or checking would be recommended.

Used it before ethel's concert, helped me a lot. The storage is very grand, there was enough space for my friend's stuff and i. The place is also very secure, only you can access it with a code.

I closed it, I called the customer service and then they assigned to me a new empty box.

Please allow us to clarify: although this kind of case happens in a very low percentage, it cannot always be avoided, as we cannot control if some users do not read the instructions carefully or do not collect their luggage within the reserved rental period —even though we always provide a courtesy margin for pickup.
In your case, the locker assigned to you appeared as available in the system, but it is possible that another user, by mistake, found it open and placed their belongings inside, or did not remove their luggage on time.
What we can assure you 100% is that, when used correctly, our system is completely safe and reliable.
