Too expensive and not possible to see the locker before reserving
I reserved the locker at 22:00. One hour before my arrival. The website was not very clear (parts were in Spanish)and I did not realise that it was not possible to cancel the reservation. I reserved a locker S+ size. When I arrived I discovered my suitcase was 5cm too wide to fit in the locker. I called the telephone number. (The agent did not speak English only French). I saw the price was double for a medium sized locker 33€ was unacceptable for me so I asked to cancel the reservation. He said was impossible. In the end I lost my money.

Poor user experience
The user experience was extremely poor and confusing. It never occurred to me that the method involved locking customers out from the outside, and there were no signs or instructions provided. Even after checking the official website, there was no relevant information. I spent a lot of time waiting and trying different methods, which ended up making me miss the pickup time. When I called customer service, the staff was very unfriendly. Despite the inconvenience and delays, they still demanded payment for the overtime. This is the worst luggage storage service I’ve ever used — it’s my first time, and definitely my last.

We’re going to clarify, both for you and for anyone reading this review, what really happened:
You booked a locker rental for a specific time slot: from 5:30 PM to 8:30 PM. This schedule was clearly confirmed via email as soon as you made the reservation. On top of that, we also sent you a reminder one hour before your rental ended, just in case you wanted to extend your time.
But you did absolutely nothing. You returned to collect your belongings at 10:04:18 PM, which is 1 hour and 34 minutes past your reserved time. We even include a 15-minute grace period on every reservation, meaning your code was valid until 8:45 PM.
After 14 failed attempts (all of which are logged), you called our support team, and they rightfully informed you that you would need to pay for the extra time. What’s truly baffling is that you describe this as a “poor user experience” when in reality, you simply didn’t follow the service terms—all of which were clearly communicated.
So frankly, we’re glad to hear you won’t be using our service again. Customers who ignore the rules, misuse the system, and then try to shift the blame are thankfully a rare exception.
