I used this service to avoid dealing with people, but it backfired.
They were inflexible—the doors wouldn’t open, and the locker locks wouldn’t unlock.
If I’d known it would be like this, I should have just left my stuff with a person from the start.

We're sorry the experience didn't meet your expectations. As your reservation was set for 11:30, the locker only unlocks from that time onwards — trying to access it at 11:22 would explain why it didn't open, as early access isn't possible for security reasons. If you ran into any other issues, our 24/7 support team would be happy to look into it.

The door was not getting unlocked when…
The door was not getting unlocked when I went to get my luggage back. Tried calling on support number but no one received. Then tried another support number and one agent attended the call and opened the door remotely.
This was a nightmare situation. But somehow resolved.
