Scan Alert

This is a scam. Look at the age of all the reviews, all within the month or two. I did this and it requested I enter credit card details and it would take a £1 fee. Once authorised, it then says it will automatically renew (even though I unticked this option) and renew within 2 hours!!! The cost would also be £59 for an unrelated website. Still no unlock key at the end.

Scam!

This "company" is a scam. Moreover, if you are genuinely locked out of your Apple device, you need to take it to the Apple store with some proof of purchase. You don't need to risk your money on a scam like this.

Lockedtoowner.com is FAKE, don't buy into it. its not a free verification as the video states. This is just a mechanizim that this used aquire your credit card info and your personal data, so it can be sold on the darkweb.
